Since inception we’ve been doing tours in rain, drizzle and summer showers and that’s the way we roll and the risk you accept if you purchase tickets. Some people are ok with this risk, but some aren’t. If you’re not happy with this risk, best not to purchase tickets. The tours will not be cancelled and refunds will not be issued because it rains. Just bring gumboots, umbrella and a smile! Of course, if the sanctuary has to cancel (bushfires, extreme heat), we will offer a 100% refund.
So, just to confirm - All ticket sales are final, are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event is cancelled by us, we will offer a 100% refund.
